Wellness Challenge Week I: Nutrition

Welcome to the first week of the OCSU PTCA's Wellness Challenge. The focus of our efforts this week is Nutrition. Students will be encouraged to complete ten different challenges involving good nutrition and hydration. These include trying new healthy foods, helping to prepare healthy meals, drinking 64 ounces of water each day, going without energy drinks, eating five servings of fruits and vegetables each day, etc. Any student who successfully completes five of the ten challenges this week can enter to win a prize. Students interested in participating should pick up their colorful bingo sheets in the Main Office, mark those challenges they have completed, and return their bingo sheets to the dropbox in the Main Office by noon on Friday.
