Lake Region Union High School

Lake Region students participated in a Leadership Conference sponsored by Vermont State University at Castleton. Ms. Gariepy and Ms. Phillabaum, Student Council Advisors, traveled with the group. Per Ms. Gariepy, "LR students had the opportunity to connect with students from a couple other schools and also connect with some of the college students at VTSU-Castleton. They attended various sessions about how to be effective leaders and were challenged to teach others about what they learned." We're really proud of our students' involvement in this Leadership Conference and look forward to cheering them on as they put their skills to work in our school and our community.
