Members of Lake Region's chapter of the National Honor Society toured OCSU Thursday, April 9th, delivering copies of the The Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle to kindergartners in Barton, Orleans, and Irasburg. Students shared the story and built cheerful suncatchers together. Kindergarters received goody bags containing puzzles, bubbles, and other treats to help them welcome warmer weather. Michelle Badertscher, NHS Advisor, was "proud of the kindness and leadership" her students showed. "It was so special to watch them lead, encouraged, and connect with the kindergartners."
