Sophomores and Juniors interested in programs at North Country Career Center should complete their applications by Thursday, February 19th.
The North Country Career Center, our regional Tech Center, offers thirteen Career and Technical Education programs to students from the Northeast Kingdom. This includes Building Trades, Cosmetology, Welding and Metal Fabrication, Human Services. Health Careers, Animal and Environmental System Sciences, Computer Programming and Game Design, Engineering and Digital Fabrication, Natural Resources, Culinary Arts, Business Leadership and Marketing, Transportation Science Technology, and Heavy Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
While these programs are available to Juniors and Seniors at Lake Region, students must first apply. Interested students should see Mrs. King in the School Counseling Office to learn how to access the online application for Career Center programs. Applications are due Thursday, February 19th.
