We are looking for some Competitive Cooks! Please register a dish you wish to enter in the CrockPot Cook-Off to be held February 7th during the OCSU PTCA's Winter Carnival from 1:00 to 3:00. Your entry may be a soup or stew, a pasta dish, a casserole, a macaroni and cheese, a goulash, or another savory treat (not a sweet) that can be cooked and kept warm in a CrockPot throughout this event. Home cooks must bring their own CrockPots to the Lobby at Lake Region UHS where happy taste testers will judge entries and vote for their favorites. This year's winner will receive the Golden Ladle. Friendly reminder: We are a nut safe campus, so dishes may not contain nuts. Please list all ingredients used so that taste testers with allergies can move safely among entries.
