The second Golden Ticket Day of the 2025-2026 school year will be held this Friday, January 16th. Those students who have done all their work, demonstrated mastery of all the essential content in their classes (one component of proficiency based learning), and completed all the required Folio Tasks during Semester I will receive Golden Tickets during the Lunch Blocks on Thursday, January 15th. Students with Golden Tickets are not expected to attend school Friday morning. This gives those students who need a little extra time and coaching to complete their work, meet proficiency expectations, and revise Folio Tasks an opportunity to meet with teachers in small groups and receive the support they require to end Term II and Semester I in good standing in preparation for Semester II. Teachers will be available all morning and will provide the coaching students need to find themselves on solid ground as we move forward. Families, please ask your children their Golden Ticket status Thursday evening.
