Eager Rangers participated in the Women Can Do! STEM and Trades Careers Conference held on the Randolph campus of Vermont State University October 9th. Sponsored by Vermont Works for Women, this annual event provides young women in Vermont with opportunities to do hands-on work while exploring careers in the trades (health careers, welding, forestry, and heavy equipment operation, etc.). Students came home energized by what they had experienced with Lake Region's FBLA Advisor, Ms. Betsy Calhoun.
