Personal Web Page

Why would you or your students want to create your own web page? Web pages are another opportunity for teaching, learning, communicating with community, sharing with parents or other educators. You could use a web page to create, store & publish online lessons to share with other teachers. You could publish student artwork, poetry, essays or other projects.

Classroom web pages also provide students with convenient online access to homework assignments, upcoming events and important documents. In addition, classroom pages allow parents to be more involved by providing another avenue of communication.

Programming is not a requirement for building web pages any more. Programs such as DreamWeaver and Wikis will allow you to create a dynamic, functional website in just minutes. Follow the links below to learn more about the myriad of uses for teacher and student web pages.
