Goal: To do further study in the area of technology and to examine new ideas related to use of technology for effective classrooms.

Activities: Take courses or attend workshops and conferences related to technology use in the classroom and to license endorsements

Continue to attend Technology Users Group at
Lake Region UHS

Take available mini-workshops/courses on use of programs such as HyperStudio, Newsbank, SIRS, Strata Videoshop, Pagemaker

Work with colleagues on uses of technology in department Include increased technology use as a goal in professional evaluations

Read professional literature, listen to tapes,view films, and listen to knowledgeable speakers on trends and practices in technology and its use in the classroom

Participate in local in service and departmental sharing sessions related to technology use in the classroom and to the district-wide technology plan

Goal: To involve faculty/staff (both locally and statewide) with parents and/or community members in programs,
in extracurricular activities, and in classroom activities.

Activities: Continue to participate in parent conferences, Parent-School Partnership Days, Freshman Parents' Night and pre-freshman offerings.

Work with Lake Region Booster Club on student related activities such as the musicals and Grad Night.

Continue to serve as Vice-President of the Vermont Drama Council and to disseminate information related to the VDC's activities and to promote projects related to high school theater.

Goal: To include information about social studies, art, foreign languages and other disciplines in delivery of curriculum.

Activities: Collaborate with colleagues in choosing relevant material
